The Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Customer") and Duffy Self Storage ("Company") for the rental of self-storage units. By using our storage facility, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement & Payment

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent a unit.

• A valid government-issued ID and proof of signature are required to rent a unit.

• You'll sign a separate Rental Agreement outlining specific details like unit size, rental rate, and rental term.

2. Your Belongings

• You are solely responsible for your belongings stored in the unit.

• The Company is not liable for loss or damage to your belongings due to fire, theft, flood, or other causes.

• We recommend you obtain your own insurance to protect your belongings.

3. Prohibited Items

• Certain items are not allowed for storage in our facility. These include:

  • Perishable items (food, etc.)

  • Flammable materials (paint, gasoline, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, etc.)

  • Illegal items or substances

  • Live animals or plants

• A full list of prohibited items is available at the office.

4. Unit Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your unit and lock.

• Only authorized individuals are allowed access to your unit.

• We reserve the right to access your unit in case of emergency or to enforce these Terms.

5. Termination

• We or you may terminate the Rental Agreement with written notice according to the terms outlined in the agreement.

• You are responsible for removing all your belongings and leaving the unit clean upon move-out.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will post any changes on our website.
